I am a back sleeper, and I needed a jumbo bolster to support my back when I sleep. I place this under my knees and elevate my head, and it is absolutely perfect. I wanted one that was high enough to elevate my knees, and this one is just perfect. I also wanted it to be firm, and this is very firm. I can use this for a lot of different purposes, but this was the reason I purchased this. It is great quality.

Exactly what I wanted and works perfectly for what i needed. Rehabbing a hip and thus item is helping.

Good quality, but I returned it because it was too big for my needs.

I bought this to help strengthen my muscles in my legs. I put my knees over the bolster, then lift my legs and hold. Ankle weights help increase resistance.

I bought this to use when I do my prescribed PT movements. It is very similar to what the physical therapist used.
