Great for rolling out muscles after working out/running. Being using daily for several weeks to roll out sore calves and quads and has been working great.

It’s light, good rollability and great quality for muscle pain. I used it first for a tennis elbow pain and now for a stiff quads relief. Works very well.

Using this to help rollout inflammation along a hip, thigh, glute, and lower back from sciatica. It’s great that you can adjust the pressure so you don’t overwork the area. Easier to use than a full size foam roller for the side and even lower back. All the little plastic pieces roll independently and adjust as you reposition the roller. The handle is very comfortable. The rubberized areas are not sticky. This was an amazing value. I got it on sale cause I wasn’t sure it would be that useful, but it turned out to be very a very helpful aid to healing. Recommended.

This roller is so easy to use. I recently got lipo and it was suggested I get a massage roller to ensure smooth results. I looked at so many types, roller balls, vibrating ones, etc., but settled on this one. I'm glad I did, as the independed "rollers" work very well, even when putting pressure on it. It is also easy to flip around to my sides and back. It is also long enough to cover a larger area, making the assage session quick and effective. I highly recommend!
