We’ve had this for a couple months and it’s worked great so far. The build quality seems good and while not exactly decorative it’s inoffensive-looking in our family bathroom. My preschooler does much better with hand washing with an automatic soap dispenser. I wish there were a setting that dispensed slightly less soap as even the low one gives a little too much. This was well priced compared to other options and appears functionally similar. I have not had to replace the batteries yet and am filling the soap about every two weeks in a bathroom used daily by three people.

Can you count how many of these I've purchased, complained about and thrown away? Me neither. However, this one works, and (so far) works nicely. The brushed finish, unlike polished, keeps fingerprints down somewhat, and the plastic cap and screw-threads are big improvements over metal, which loves to corrode. A happy purchase.

We used ours for 3 months and then i stopped working because the battery area had water stuck in it. This is after the description and images suggest that there is an added layer of protection in the battery area for water to not seep through. It says in the description, " Its has a water resistant stand to protect batteries" .I called amazon with the reviews but they would not return the item even when it doesn't do what it promised.

I was so excited for this dispenser at a reasonable price. I saw it had good reviews albeit not many, but I thought I would try it. I followed the directions, loaded the soap and nothing happened. i pressed the button and it dispensed, but it would never dispense with me waving my hand near it. Its going back! I guess you get what you pay for.

Loved it... for the week that it worked.This item stopped working in one week. Tried to return and when arriving at ups they said I’d have to pay $7 with the label they sent me. Very upset!

It’s best valid fit money. The looks of this dispenser can be mix n matched with all other accessories in your bathroom. Works fine and dispenses thebright amount of liquid to wash hands

Worked on and off for about 3 months. sometimes had to turn it on/off to get it to work. Then it just didn't work. Thinking it was batteriees opened battery compartment and batteries were all soapy. Cleaned it change batteires. Did not work.
