I wanted so badly to love this product. But like the movie Memento, I'll start from the end. This product refuses to turn on. Battery after battery and nothing.I received my package like I have hundreds of times before, completely and blissfully unaware of the ending of the story. I opened up the product and found everything packaged nicely. I set it all up and used the product a number of times.Maybe 3-4 weeks later, it was getting weaker and weaker, so I assumed the batteries were dying. Up until this point I am absolutely loving this device. Made me feel super clean. I'm a guy, but you know, we gotta stay clean, too. Anyway, I finish up and I look for batteries. All I could find are my eneloop rechargables. I proceed to place them in the device... And nothing happens. The power button has a very faint glow and I figure "oh, the batteries must need a charge. I'll charge them and try later." I put them to charge, I go to work, I return home, charger says they're full, so I pop them back in. Nothing. The faint glow is also gone now. So I'm like, well that's weird. I open up the battery compartment, looks fine, but I took a napkin and twisted it up and kinda Q tipped the inside of the compartment to see if there was any sediment or something obstructing the contacts. Still nothing. I bought a pack of batteries (Amazon brand of course) and let the device sit with the compartment open just in case it needed to air out something. when the batteries arrived (2 days later, thanks Prime) I tried it again. Still nothing. I'm not sure what happened here. I never dropped this. I was the only person who used it. It was never submerged in water or even exposed to excessive amounts of splashes. I removed the heads when I rinsed them off. The thing just died on me for no reason. I will contact the vendor and see if there's anything I can do but I am thoroughly annoyed and I'm over the normal return period so I don't expect much. I will update if there is any news on that.

The brush is very handy. I use it in shower. I have a face brush but cannot use them on my back in the shower. There is a brush head that I use for cleaning my makeup brushes too. The long handle can be attached and detached but I keep it on. I would have like a deeper powerful cleaning. Also beware when you use this in the shower i got my hair stuck in this while in the shower. That was totally my fault. I should have been more careful. I couldn't reach the button to turn it off because i freaked out. I would like a press and hold type button but i can see how that can get hard to use too.Overall i like the brush because I can clean my back better and not get so much acne.

I have been washing my face with a daily scrub and thought I was cleaning it. This cleansing brush has shown me just how much dirt was left on my face after manually washing it. My skin feels soft and smooth after each use. I follow up with a toner and then lightweight moisturizer and my skin feels refreshed. Loving it so far.

Bought this for my girlfriend with several other "spa" items. Originally I thought nothing more of this item as an accessory to the rest of the gift I gave. I got it because it had decent reviews for the price and figured if she liked this type of item i'd find a more expensive/ nicer one for her. I don't need to! She loves it! The different brushes work well, it works for a long time before needing to change batteries. She uses it daily in the shower.

Have you ever wanted a Clarisonic but don’t want to spend the money? That was me, and I found this 7 in 1 brush. Worth every cent! My ski is dry during the Michigan winters, so I love the exfoliator. It’s not harsh on the skin, so that was a positive. The brush head also is very soft, and definitely did a great job cleaning my face. Very happy with results.

Broke ONE DAY after the "return window closed". The on/off/low/high button stuck and the only way to cut if off would be to remove the batteries, then it wouldn't come on at all until I left it alone for a few days and it suddenly worked again - now it will not come on anymore. Kept changing the batteries thinking I might have purchased a bad batch, but new ones of a different brand and place of purchase proved that it is the brush, not the batteries. I only used the facial brush - other attachments really aren't designed very well for what they claim and the heads DO stop with pressure. No way to contact maker/seller, so I'm unable to negotiate a return/exchange. It is now $5 less in only 1 month! Don't waste your money.UPDATE: even though I was never able to contact anyone and was resolved to losing my money, 6 months later I suddenly received an email from the seller apologizing for their faulty product (manufacturing issue) and they issued me a complete refund without having to go through the hassle of shipping it back to them. I was very surprised, and pleased, with the resolution and their service.

I loved it at first, but after only a little while it stopped working completely. I thought the battery just died so I replaced them and it would never turn back on. I would have given it 5 stars if it hadn't broken but I don't think it's worth buying if it can't last longer than a month or two.

I've used it twice and I can already tell the difference! My pores are smaller! I know my skin is sensitive so I skipped a day in between the two tries, but my face still got a bit irritated. So I recommend taking it easy until you know how your skin will react.

I was looking forward to being able to pumice my heels and I couldn't make any headway because the stone just wasn't rough enough. I really feel that the latex brush (sponge) won't really hold up long as I was already seeing flecks of the latex missing from the edges after I used it.So, for the face and body - it's good. Unfortunately, it's not capable of doing everything that it's advertised to do.

I really like this brush, it has so many options and love the extension so I can get my back nice and clean too! I use it everyday and would defiantly buy it again. I haven't found any major draw backs, but have not use the message or the pumice stone yet.

This product is great! I am really enjoying it :) however, I have extremely sensitive skin so when used daily, my skin began to chap. I have started using every other day with a very mild cleanser and so far so good! I would definitely reccomend this product but forewarning: it’s kind of rough on sensitive sin!Update: NO LONGER WORKS! The motor is still trying to run, but no movement. I have taken it apart and cleaned, but still no movement. It was good while it lasted..

I was really excited to try this brush but when I open it I was missing the facial silicone brush. Hope I can get it since I did pay for it. Other than that it looks pretty good.

I was super excited for this, I love all the accessories and the fact that it's "waterproof". It worked great for a few months then it wouldn't turn on. I changed the batteries, and let the unit dry. It wouldn't turn on when I wanted, then it would ghost turn on by itself. I turn it off and try to turn it on again and nothing. Super bummed.

I really wasn't expecting this to work very well because of the price. I'm happy to report that I have been surprised at how well this set works. I use the brush on my face a few times a week. I love how my skin looks after using it. The pumice works great on my feet. I feel like I have had a pedicure afterwards. You will be glad you got this set, it's worth the money.

I love how my skin feels after using the brush. I have had this product for over a year and its still amazing. Great find for the price compared to other products out there and this one has so many more extra features.
