Saying that the dress is too large isn't entirely accurate. The waist falls at the end of my rib cage and the intended hip area falls at my waist. That is what puts the massive amount of fabric at my waist. Without a shoulder to waist measurement, it's impossible to know if the dress will fit until I receive it and try it on.
