Not quite sure if these are working well or not. I've heard people say they sleep better, I haven't noticed a change in my sleep, no extra energy or feeling better. Will continue to use and see if I notice any changes.

I used the foot pads for the 14 days that the product suggested and did notice some astonishing results!The first day tons of brown/black goop had shown up on the pads after removing them, which is totally normal! The "goop" is all of the toxins that are being eliminated from your body! (Be sure to wash your feet in the morning after because some remainder of the goop can be stuck to the bottom of your feet)Some of the toxins could be from pollution, food, and over all the environment that you surround yourself in.Over the course of the 14 days, I noticed each night that the amount of goop that was left on the pads became less and less than the previous night!I did feel somewhat more relaxed after wearing them and any muscle aches I had did decrease!Although, I'm not sure if it helped with me being able to fall asleep faster or sleep longer, I think I would need more continued use to really know if they helped in regards to that!Overall, I believe these detox pads work and are 100% worth trying out! I would recommend this product to anyone who is feeling sluggish or anyone in need of a detox cleanse!I would repurchase this item!

Does have a smell to it even with the added essences added. Didn’t really notice a change.

I didn’t feel any change when using this. I saw people wrote that it smelled bad. I did not think so. It has like that Vick’s smell to it but not as strong. I did not have any problem with getting any of the residue on my bed. They stayed on my feet all night. It was cool to see it when I took it off in the morning. The pad is black and there is some liquid on the bottom of your feet from what’s in the pad and mixed with your sweat. It’s an easy cleanup with a wipe. The pads are easy to put on and take off.

I like these they do have a smell to them that is not so pleasant but they work with getting the toxins out, have to use every night for about a week to notice anything..

I have used a few other foot patches in an attempt to feel healthier and sleep better, but this brand has been my favorite so far. Unlike other foot patches, these do not smell or leave weird stains on my sheets or feet. I have been using for seven days now and I think they are working. I do like these patches a lot and would reccomend to someone looking for alternative and additional methods of sleep aid! I did notice that these patches did secrete a small bit of sticky fluid but I think that is just the product doing it’s work. Thank you purifeet! I’ll be back for sure!

I have wanted to try detox foot pads for a long time but they’re usually so expensive. I found these, so I decided to give them a try. I was scepticle at first but they actually made me sleep better! Even after I was done with the whole package, I am still getting better sleep. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the smell of them is pretty offputting. But, my nose is super sensitive anyways.
