I recently decided to start shaving with a DE razor, and so I wanted to get hold of a stand to hold my new handle and brush. After looking around for a little while and scanning through many reviews, I decided to go for the Shaving Brush Stand by Exquisite Shaving. It stood out to me because of the good reviews and the money back guarantee which they offered with the product, so I ordered one.Upon delivery, I thought it looked like a fairly decent product although the packaging was nothing more than some sticky-backed brown paper to protect the plastic which seemed a little underwhelming but the product was undamaged so that didn’t matter too much. I would say that the stand does appear to be poorly made as the corners where the plastic had been folded round hadn't been sanded down flush with the sides which means that the corners have a sharp-ish bulge. It's not a major thing, but it would have just given it a slightly more refined look in my opinion.As this is my first stand, I don't have anything to compare it to, but I'll try and explain my findings as best as I can.The shaving brush sits really nicely in the front of the stand (This could be because the brush I have is also by Exquisite Shaving), but I reckon that it should cope just fine with most shaving brush as they all appear to have similar sized handles. It is really easy to remove the brush when you come to shave and put it back when you’ve finished, however, the razor handle is a different story. The handle sits nicely inside the handle hole, but it is awkward to remove when you come to use it. This is because you have to reach behind the stand and push the bottom of the handle up before grabbing the sides of the head of the handle to pull it out. It just seems like a bit of an oversight in the design. I would have preferred a nice slot similar to the one that the brush sits in to make it nice and easy to take the handle out and put it back afterward.In summary, if you are looking for a cheap stand that will be kind of average but will do the job, then this will be fine for you. But if you are looking for something which is a bit more ‘refined’, then I would recommend looking elsewhere.Pros: Nice overall look. Looks great sat on my bathroom window sill with the rest of my shaving stuff. Brush sits in its slot nicely.Cons: Cheap-ish feel. Poor workmanship in parts. Poorly designed hole for the handle.

Excellent product, sleek design which looks great in my bathroom and tidies up my grooming products, it comes with a protective paper on it which ones peeled off leaves you with a shiny new 'Z' shape stand which perfectly holds the brush so it can easily dry off, and with space for your other products behind! Great customer service with fast delivery too.

I was looking for a razor and brush stand that wouldn't be too obtrusive and came across this. Made of plastic with a distinctive logo, it is compact but does the job.Overall I'm quite pleased with it but think it is a tad expensive for what is essentially a piece of bent plastic.

Excellent product for my needs, looks good in bathroom too.My razor is not long enough for the handle to touch the base of the stand (Merkur 38C) but the stand still does the job well of holding my razor and the matching exquisite badger brush i have.The stand is light but nice and sturdy, i can see it being handy if need to use for travel purposes too.

I've been using this stand for a few months and it is as good as the day I purchased it.The stand is light and fits the specification as advertised; it's great for travel.I had thought about a common metal style but wanted something a bit different. I am happy I did. The stand is lighter and easy to transport than a metal alternative. My Muhle R89 razor and Exquisite Shaving brush are held perfectly.Overall a great addition to my shaving products and excellent value for money at under a tenner!

Ordered this to hold my new shaving brush from the same company (which is a must have bit of kit) and they go together perfectly. Slick and stylish, it turns whats basicly a brush storage into a feature in my bathroom. Looks great paired up with my brush and razor combo, helps my brush dry out without ruining the bristles and the slick back colour even matches my shaving mug. Definitely a recommendation for any shavers that love their kit!

This is a supper shaving brush. It works a good lather with minimal shaving soap. I bought the stand as well - just to show off! I am really pleased with this brush and it is well worth the money.

This is well designed and made stand spoiled by the large exquisite logo. It's taller than expected even for razors with long handles, but does a neat job of good razor and brush.
