Before anyone else makes my mistake, note the specifications! The hemming swirl thing is a very specific tool for specific machines. This product page has a couple of different hemming tools and some may work for your sewing machine while others won't! So don't buy it just because someone said "It works for my Singer Heavy Duty!" Think, WHAT works? I have a Singer Heavy Duty (idk what model) and I saw someone say that "it works for Singer Heavy Duty, so I assumed they were referring to the swirl hemming tool. I was wrong. The swirl does NOT work with all Singer Heavy Duty sewing machines. Check out my photos, my SHD does not have screws in front of the foot, it has them on the sides, makes a huge difference.Now the tool itself is splendid, I fanengled it into the proper spot and with some effort on my part in keeping it straight, it hemmed things beautifully! So, it works! IF it works with your sewing machine. Now, I don't want to return it because it was my fault, so I think I will gift it to my seamstress friends who may have different models of sewing machines. :)Long story short, read the description carefully!!!

Great buy and they work in my older singer 201 centinual

These rolled hemmers work much better than those I've purchased in the past. There is a learning curve to them and I've managed to learn a little trick that helps. BUT, my machine doesn't have a screw to attach them, so I had to improvise. It does help with hemming.

This product was said it fit singer sewing machine . But this doesn’t fiit the machine. I purchased this and just now tried to use it because I finally had a project. It won’t fit. Maybe it’s fits the very old ones . But not my model. Very disappointed I really wanted these. I even have the screw on plate . But your screws have to be longer. I wanted to give it no stars. No way to contact anyone either. I would stay clear of this. Lost my money on this purchase.

There were no instructions included, so I googled the product. My foot plate did not have a screw to secure the roller pressure foot, so I taped it in place with painters tape. To my surprise and pleasure, it worked great! I made barkcloth tablecloths, and the roller foot worked well with this heavy fabric. Even though I had to use tape, I am very happy with the result!

Not as easy as I thought it would be. Perhaps a ME thing. I may need to try it more.

What a timesaver and so easy to use.These arrived a day ahead of time and I used them right away just make sure that you follow the instructions about which machine it will fit. I would recommend these. I will be ordering more sets as gifts.
