These are so cute. Would make a nice little gift for any fancy salt lovers but I’m keeping mine for myself. There are four tiny tins which arrive empty so you can fill them with your own Maldon Salt and take with you when you go out. Just enough of a pinch to take on your travels. There are two of each design, two original Maldon Sea Salt and two Maldon Smoked Sea Salt. The tins seem really secure too, they have a nice click when you close them so won’t spill inside my bag. I have a few different Maldon Salts so I’ll be filling mine with those so I can throw them in my bag when I go out. I know people have said these are expensive but if you look online Amazon are the cheapest by far. Some places are asking three times the price of Amazon. Basically if you want tins to use at home and you don’t have Maldon Salt already, then don’t buy these, they’ll be too small for you and they arrive empty. These are for people who want to take some nice salt on their travels without carting about a massive tub.

Super cute, tiny tins, handy to carry in handbag etc but they are empty tins without any salt inside… come on Maldon, you can do better than that? I know the description states no salt but it’s still disappointing…

The sizing is cute. But I wish Maldon would sell tins with salts in them too.This seller offered best price so far.Solves my picky food choices by letting me carry my preferred salt.**No salt in, just tins**

Two of these tins (the smoked ones) close securely, but the two green tins do not. They open very easily and so they cannot be used in the way I intended (keeping in bags, and travelling with them). There are some QA problems here!And just an FYI they come empty.

Silly me didn't realise they were empty! They are a lovely little gift, although I did actually buy them for myself for in my Campervan; I thought I could get some nice salt types for cooking on the go, some mixed peppercorns and some dried herbs! They are a nice matchbox size and are really sturdy with the clasp so I hope they withstand the jiggle when driving in the van! All good so far :)
