Set it to the desired position in the beggining and it was fine for a few months. Even though I haven't changed the position since the beggining, it is now unable to hold the headrest position no matter how tight you set it, so it is useless now.

Es un buen accesorio -No Original- pero funcional hasta cierto punto.Es comodo y parece original, se ve como parte de la silla, salvo su color, que un ojo acostumbrado a ver las Aeron sabrían que no es el color de la silla.El muelle del reposa cabezas no se aprieta para que no se mueva, se sigue moviendo a pesar de estar ajustado. Y por otro lado tiene un ajuste de altura que se bloquea con un tornillo, pero para llegar a ese tornillo debes quitar otros dos tornillos para removerlo de la silla y remover esa pieza de metal que tapa el tornillo de ajuste de altura. Nada bien pensado.En resumen no tiene lo que a mi parecer amerita tener 5 estrellas, pero tampoco le quito mas porque los detalles que yo veo, no afectan su estética general, solo ligeramente su funcionamiento.

Very sturdy and easy to install, and it provides the comfort that I need when I lean back. I've been using this 8-10 hrs daily for past 2 months and haven't encountered any problems. I do agree with the comments that the headrest cannot be adjusted horizontally, but also don't get why you need that feature. You don't need that feature - you need better posture.

The product was so easy to attach to the chair. Color, material and design exactly fits the chair. Once installed, one would think it's part of the original chair.

Let me start with this: I ended up returning the headrest.I've had my Aeron for ~4 years now and I've loved every moment, but I've always wished it had a headrest. I should've heeded everyone's warning as to why the Aeron doesn't come with one (it's non-ergonomic), but I jumped in anyways.The headrest itself is fine and does what its meant to, though the colour is a bit off of Herman Miller's. It's not the most comfortable because, like I mentioned, the Aeron doesn't come with a headrest for a reason (I believe you're more likely to maintain a neutral spine without a headrest).All of that aside, my biggest annoyance with this headrest is that, no matter how much I tightened it, it would still move up and down. Sometimes I would grab my chair by the headrest to pull it out (so I could get around it) and the headrest would tilt up. I physically could not tighten it anymore, but that didn't matter.For $150 (terrible price for a headrest), you would expect this to at least stay in place. It didn't move while my head was against it (not often, anyways), but it was annoying it would move at all. The colour mismatching was a bit whatever, but you're probably better off without this headrest if you have an Aeron.
