Harpic has been a UK trusted brand for years. Its toilet deep cleaning tablets are brilliant so when I saw these I thought I would give them a go.Firstly applying them is very easy - flush toilet to get it wet and then press firmly. What they don’t tell you is don’t place it in a place of high flush flow which is what I did - to be precise I like things to be symmetrical in life and so put it in the middle of the toilet at the front and it fell off first flush !Also don’t put it where there is little flow as it won’t do anything and before anyone asks, you can’t move them once fixed.Now comes to the real disappointment - despite trying 3 of them I can’t smell anything at all (like several other reviewers) and seeing as they don’t remove limescale or kill germs, this is supposed to be their only function, which it doesn’t do at all.So unless there is a faulty batch going around I would stay clear of this product.
