I'm not sure where I ran across this herb and it doesn't matter but I did and how grateful I am. I can take one of these and be as calm and self assured as taking a prescription anxiety pill. I was very skeptical when I ordered this product because I didn't know If I would receive on time , also I didn't know If the passion flower extract would work. Anyway , delivery of the product was fast I didn't have any problems . Pills are great I open the capsules and I put on my hot tea.... I love it!! It is a good alternative If you don't like prescription pills.

This was okay but I prefer the Vitacost 750 mg passion flower.

Don't expect to get anything done while taking these. They make you very tired, but ALMOST takes the edge off.

Makes anxiety symptoms much much worse. Maybe for seratonin or dopamine problems, but not for gaba related anxiety

i do take a lot of this at once. up to 2700 mg, but only once in a while. it's good not just for the bedroom, but for anxiety. i use with other herbs/vitamins/supplements depending on the scenario. just an fyi, if you are not aware, passion flower does have a little maoi's.

When I first got these, the effects were pronounced. After a few months, it's barely noticeable.If using regularly, take one week off every month to reduce your tolerance.
