It can be difficult choosing an item on Amazon when, like in this case, there are numerous selling the identical or nearly identical item. The photos look the same but the items are often vastly different.I’ve learned this from experience. I once ordered a laundry trolley which was of excellent quality, beautifully built and finished. The next year when I ordered another of the same trolley, I received a vastly different item, the metal and fabric were entirely different from the first I’d ordered. It looked and functioned like the Poundland version of a high end product.So I took my time and read numerous reviews for various over bath trays before ordering this one based on some reviewers remarking on the exceptional quality and many reviewers remarking on the attention to detail in manufacturing, for example the rubber on the underneath to prevent it from slipping on the bath.So it was a disappointment to receive the tray today, open the box, and find it had no rubber underneath. It makes me wonder if this is even the same product that other people received, or is this a cheaper version.Anyway I specifically wanted one with rubber underneath as the last thing I want is to have this tray loaded with a drink and book and iPad, and to accidentally knock it slightly and have all the contents fall into the bath.I am sending this back immediately and ordering one with non slip rubber underneath, for real.

I ordered this for my fiancé, who absolutely loves it. I didn't think the pillow looked up to much, but she says it was really comfortable. The tray sat on the bath nicely and feels really secure. I was emailed personally every step of the way by the seller, which was an added nice touch, and i have clocked up some major brownie points. Quality item.

Wow! What a great product. My wife bought it for me as a present but as I'm normally a 'shower' man I didn't think that I would use it much .. how wrong. After using it the first time in the bath my perception of a relaxing bath totally changed. I haven't seen anything like it before and I am now a bath convert. Only just arrived but looks quite sturdy and nice in bathroom. Cushion and cloth are nice touch - personally have used inflatable pillows before which are a bit more comfortable as thicker but nice as a bit of cushioning. Like it has rubber underneath to stop it sliding on edges of bath

Brilliant purchase!!! Now I can relax in the bath and not get bored!!! Netflix and Prime on the iPad with the reassurance that it’s not going to fall in the bath. Caddy is sturdy and the silicone stops it from slipping. The pillow didn’t look much in the packaging but it is actually quite comfortable and the face flannel is a nice touch. I’m definitely ready for those cold winter evenings when a long soak is much needed! Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Relax to the max. Superb quality, very pleased with my purchase. Now I can catch up on a movie in the bath without the fear of dropping the iPad in the water, genius!. Great touch having non-slip pads underneath and the extra freebies.

Absolutely brilliant item - very well made and I can tell I'm going to get a lot of use out of it! There's a place for wine glass stem (very important!) a place to put your phone, a candle and it even has a little stand to rest your book/ipad. The bath pillow is fairly standard but the plungers work well and the facecloth was a nice little addition :)
