Not much buzz about this buzz... Quality has gone downhill.
I had 2 medium wands that I bought 5-6 years ago. They were awesome! But, one died, and I returned it to Lelo and was able to get a new one using the extended warranty feature. The replacement was not as powerful as my other old one, and wouldn't hold a charge. I returned it and was sent a replacement within a month, (excellent warranty coverage) this one also will probably go back, same problem. The new ones are not even close to the old ones for speed/strength or holding a charge. Quality on internal parts, from my perspective, has slid tremendously. Looking for other options now.
