These are soo good. I bought them for us, and then consequently for a couple of people last year for Xmas. A year on and ours are still going strong tho I have now noticed a couple of 'bits' coming out after the washes. But my machine is on most days, with a 5 year old boy who seems to make it his mission in life to get as grubby as possible, and now a 4 month old baby who seems to vomit and poo simultaneously...and I'm not even mentioning my husband...our machine gets a bashing. We have a 9kg one too so I use 2 of these per wash unless it's half a load.The washing smells fresh, more than when I used detergent. I use white vinegar as a softener too.My mum loves hers too, she says it's saved her money and was amazed that the washing smelt so fresh after use (she was clearly sceptical I realised, but didn't want to upset me so tried it)...she actually made me smell it 🤣 which was both amusing and disturbing at the same time. She kept saying "but it smells so clean" like she thought it should smell of garlic or something. Anyway, I reassured her ours smelled just the same and was just as good several months down the line.I have since recommended these all over the place. When the time comes we will definitely be replacing ours with another one or two. And I think of all the money I'm saving each time too.

This is, I think my first ever review of a product on Amazon...and I buy a lot of stuff. This is incredible and actually revolutionary. I had seen this product advertised before and wanted to try it but never did. I received it today and was a very skeptic that this would wash anything and if it did, that the clothes would be clean but would not smell clean. Well i was wrong. I loaded the machine with quite dirty smelly clothes and they came out clean AND FRESH! I did three washes in a row with more and dirtier washing and ... the same result.I'm still not quite sure how this works but it does! To think that I will never use washing detergent again feels a bit weird and I feel guilty I haven't tried this before cos I would have saved a lot of fish!! Do yourself a favor and the planet's...get this it's great!

Used once. Didn’t clean collars and cuffs on two shirts, not particularly grubby. Rest of the wash seemed clean and smelled fresh. But really not much use for a mixed wash.

Very easy to use, clothes are soft and fresh. I was looking for something with less plastic, on a budget. I still add a little bit of bio cloth softener out of habit. I have had it now for more than 2 months and when it's empty I'll order some more. Great purchase.

UPDATE AFTER 30 DAYS OF USE: I was initially very pleased with these balls, but they only worked for a couple of weeks before the contents started breaking up and leaving brown and orange stains on all my clothes. Not something I ever had happen prior to using these balls. Worse still is that despite recharging them in the sun on a weekly basis, they have started to make my clothes smell mouldy straight out of the machine. Have now started using a plant based laundry liquid and the stains and mouldy smell have instantly disappeared, so it was not caused not my machine! These balls cannot be returned to Amazon for a refund, so they've been a complete waste of money.

Going on reviews, I decided to give this a try but wasn't hopeful that it would work.I have been very pleasantly surprised.I have now tried it with muddy clothes and sweaty sportswear. It removes ALL soil and odour. If anything, it works BETTER than conventional detergent.So not only do you get clean clothes - you save money, reduce plastic waste and help the environment by reducing pollutants.We also use this with a portable twin tub washing machine when touring in our caravan. Since we don't need to rinse soap out, it saves water as well!Honestly - what not to like?

Ordered due to my sons sensitivity to detergent. No smell, even with pre treatment stains aren’t removed and unfortunately we are currently weaning so there are a lot of stained items. I’d suggest washing stained items with detergent then washing with the ball to remove any excess detergent to prevent sensitivity. In terms of money saving with the fact that you have to repeatedly wash stained items and still buy detergent the saving isn’t that significant.

I think it works great, have only tried it once so far, but the laundry smelled clean and fresh :)

Me encanta como limpia la ropa. Yo lo combino con detergente en laminas ecológico cuando hay ropa muy sucia, pero muchas veces lo uso solo. Esta genial.
