The ingredient list is solid and covers most of the basics plus a few extras like cranberry and CoQ10. I have not noticed any side effects and it seems to help fill the gaps in my diet. The only downside is having to take three tablets a day, which can feel like a lot if you already take other supplements. The tablets are also a little on the larger side but still manageable with food. Good option if you want a more complete multivitamin and do not mind the serving size.

These are like many other capsules. There is no smell. There is no taste. Yes, the recommendation is for four a day but I take only two. I need a nutritional supplement not a replacement because I do eat well just not enough. Iron upsets my stomach so I chose the one without iron which I am grateful is available. I plan to update the review in a couple of weeks. I wish all the reviews posted applied to the correct products. These are not gels.

I have tried different multivitamins over the years, but this is the one that I feel the most difference from taking. I feel I have more energy. I love the fact that they are soft and squishy, so although the capsules are on the large size, I find them easy to swallow. Great quality ingredients, too, with a number of ingredients specific for women.

I would give 5 stars but my bottle came with at least 2 empty capsules. Can I get a refund or a new bottle? That is a full day of a missing dose.

While I do enjoy this brand of vitamins, these taste horrible. It’s a very difficult for me not to gag when taking them. When I do, it also causes very nasty tasting burps for hours and hours after I’ve taken them. Great vitamin brand, but I will not be getting these particular vitamins again.

They are tasteless and easy to take, the capsule is a good size, good product

Yes, it has a bad smell, but it's one of the top 3 best purchases I've ever made. First, I want to address the.... baby vomit-ish smell, since some reviewers are making it seem as if it's unbearable. Like I said, it's bad, but It's not like you can't get past it. Just open it from at least half an arm's length away. Plus, the less pills that remain, the less you smell it. There could be a lingering smell on your breathe, if you don't actually follow it with a meal. But either it really loses it's pungency after a while, or I've gotten used to it, because I haven't had a problem with that lately, even when I just follow it with a drink (coffee [I don't know how it reacts to alcohol]). Don't be scared by the size. Even though the pills are big, they go down easily. Aside from a couple of times when I guess the edge where the capsule connects, caught, and scratched my tonsil. I think it's because I hesitated, because it feels like nothing, when I do it fast. But the benefits I've experienced FAR exceed the negatives. I felt that tingle that signals hair growth, more than I did when I was taking pills SPECIFICALLY for hair growth. A stubborn pimple just about disappeared, and I didn't get any back...... until a couple of days ago.... Which confused me, but led me to the most amazing benefit (in my case) yet: I'm 19, and after 4 or 5 years, I got my period! I was confused about whether I stopped getting it because of my diet (since when it improved, I still didn't get), or if there was something seriously wrong with me. And though it's bad, I opted not to go to the doctor, wrote it off as extremely early menopause, and was just happy that I didn't have to deal with what other women did. But of course it secretly bothered to not really know what was going on. This just proved that it WAS my diet. And apparently I'm not even finished with puberty yet, because my nipples started hurting like they did when they my breasts started growing (unless that always happens when women are on their period). Regardless, I'm sooooo grateful for these supplements, and just repurchased.
