Food Intolerance Support, 30 Capsules

This is great. My problems after eating are greatly reduced. Too bad it is so expensive. I don't use it as much as I would if it was cheaper. I feel terrible a few hours eating many foods, but this helps a great deal. I use it mostly when I am out and can't control what I have to eat or how it is prepared. I am so pleased to have found this available here, because I can't find it anywhere else.

I believe my condition is temporary since I never suffered any symptoms until I went on a more raw diet and ate high histamine fruits / veggies everyday & didn't know any better (bananas, papayas, strawberries, avocado, lemons & spinach, etc.). Sometimes I would put multiple high histamine items all in one green smoothie and I would get occasional headaches & fatigue and thought my body was just adjusting to clean eating. I got my first migraine with aura (HORRIBLE) I ever had in my life followed by 2 more over the months. Cut to a little over a year of this "healthy" diet" & I had a constant headache and felt so exhausted every time I ate anything & researched for months before realizing this was the issue. These are really a Godsend and work like a miracle but geeeez so expensive! One bottle will only last you like 5 days I am hoping to get my levels down within a month of low-hist diet and taking this product + vit b6 +magnesium / calcium and i just ordered Quercitin with vitC. I will go broke doing it any longer.

Histame was the best thing and most effective on my anaphylatic shock symptoms. I was so inflamed internally.I can only eat 3 foods without severe symptoms. I was taking sixteen Benadryl a day and it was hardly effective. It took about3-4 days to have it be effective, and never full relief. I can only eat four foods oatmeal, turkey beets and have toadd vitamins. I was not sleepy. I was wired all the time and would toss and turn at night.I took Histame due to I was getting deathly ill. My symptoms were occurring all the time andmy internal hives were getting worse . I found Histamine intolerance and rearched and tried vitmine B-6 due toIt was supposed to help but it Did not help as well as Histame I needed the enzyme in Histame.I have immune allergies that complicate my issues as wellI took the Histame and my internal and external swelling have gone down somewhat.I Take some every time I eat and am having some relief of severe nause, vomiting and diarrhea.Histame has saved my life due to the symptoms were getting intolerable. I still have some Symptoms butI can take less Benadryl a day. I have to maintain a histamine free diet. I am of European descent and my family has similarSymptoms and the problem maybe genes, they are going to try Histame as well.The Histame had helped all symptoms decrease to where I feel I do not need theHospital every time I go into anaphylaxsis. Due to immune allergies theRelief from all allergy symptoms are not gone and I still have bouts of symptoms.The Histame has made living tolerable. I also had sea sick symptoms from preMenopause. This helps me sleep and has helped the pre menopause symptoms as well.Hopes this helps others..

Over the years, starting with premenopause, I started developing symptoms that did not seem to be related to each other. Initially I developed worse and worse insomnia. My heart developed palpitations. I would flush badly with food and drink. My eyes were often red. My neck developed what seemed like a permanent muscle spasm. Finally--what caused me to go searching for a solution--I developed a skin rash on around one eye and all over my neck. Lovely! One Easter our family went to a lovely buffet at which I ate anything I wanted--smoked salmon, macaroni and cheese, oysters, salad with a vinegar dressing, wine etc. etc. On the way home my heart went nuts, to a scarey degree. My plan was to go to the doctor the next day. In the mean time I entered all my symptoms in my brower search box and the "American Journal of Clinical Nutrition's" article called "Histamine Intolerance" showed up. I was worried about my heart, but found out that all my other symptoms were also likely caused by the same source. I was devastated to find that the answer was to eat a low-histamine diet. That doesn't leave much in the way of choices. Then, I tripped on Histame and immediately ordered it. My life is so much better now!! Haven't felt this good in years. No heart palps, no rash, and I SLEEP!!!! It turns out the our bodies use histamine to be awake, and other chemicals to be asleep. So too much histamine was causing my inability to sleep. Not anymore. Yay!!!!!!!!!

I'd give this 5 stars if it weren't sooo expensive. It is cheaper ordering through Amazon than the website where I order most of my supplements. Even so paying almost $1 a pill is a bit much. On the other hand IT WORKS! Amazing stuff, I'm allergic to so much stuff it's pathetic. Sometimes after eating I can go into a MAJOR sneezing attack to the point I can't function. If I take one of these pills when that happens I stop sneezing in just a few minutes. You could say it's psychological but I've taken a number of other things and they didn't stop me from sneezing after eating but this stuff does. I only take it when I have a really bad sneezing attack.
