Very impressed with the results I’m getting from this supplement after only 2 days of usage. Better energy levels!!

Mixes decently, not chalky. Helps my digestion. I put a scoop in my smoothies and juice and drink it. It doesn't have much of a flavor, mostly tastes a tiny bit salty to me. Easy to take for many benefits.

👍🏻 Doc suggested I try this multipurpose essential amino acid in lieu of increasing Gabapentin dosage. Almost instant relief- better than gaba without gaba drowsiness. Powder is tasteless- mix with anything. I recommend taking in the morning; gives an overall morning boost. Make sure there’s no adversities with any other meds. Edit: mixing with water is not recommended; even though you don’t taste it while drinking, it leaves a lingering, unpleasant aftertaste. I’ve mixed it with juices and powder requires constant re-mix; product does not stay blended. Might stay blended in a smoothie, idk. Might look for capsule form. Still gets 5 stars from me for the overall effectiveness!

This is my second time purchasing, and I can confidently say it makes a significant difference in muscle soreness after workouts. When I don’t take it, I feel incredibly sore, but with it, I barely experience any muscle soreness at all.

the unflavored actually has no flavor i’m so happy. unlike other brands that taste disgusting
