i ordered and paid for an assembled product. i received today, the tubes assembly mounted on circuit board (2), but not any containing box-cabinet. it seemed to function ok so far. NO instructions as to HOW to set the time, unless these are in Cyrillic printed onto the inside of the cardboard container it was in. Default is 4 zeros, so maybe wait till midnight to plug it in? It was to be a birthday gift. The packaging was very protective as it should be, so one star for that. i will need to build or buy a box cabinet for it as it has a potential to electrical shock when plugged into a power source.

The instructions, although basic, helped out greatly. The included power supply also made this stand out from other nixie clocks. Defiantly worth the extra 30 I paid for this.
