If you want a coupler that does not leak and is very easy to plug and unplug your tool with then this is it. I have severe RA and it does not take hardly any pressure at all to connect my tools. I did have to contact the company to figure how to take the tool off. When you pull down on the coupler it releases the air pressure but stays connected so the hose does not whip out. Once you have done that, then push the outer casing up and it will release the tool. Works best when connected to air. Wonderful product and a must have for any shop.

This is the best coupler we have ever used, we have a large Custom Cabinet business and use a lot of air tools. Most couplers only last a few months and we have some of these that have been in use over a year and NO leaks. Great couplers!!

Started using these for my finish nailers, worked great, expanded to my framing nailers, worked great, now these are all I use. They are very easy to connect and disconnect once you learn the trick and they are both light weight and tough. I have also not had any issues with using non-Prevost couplers, even cheap big-box ones that are made in China. Although I am converting over to the Prevost couplers throughout since these disconnects seen to be of such high quality and I want to eliminate possible issues.

I returned it.The internals of the coupler are made of some type of plastic. It also leaked without a male fitting inserted.

This is the finest coupler I've worked with. I've setup & ran various wood mills & metal shop over the past 35 years and compressed air is a necessary evil that you can't do without but their usually problematic. This coupler eliminates some of the evils/problems of compressed air systems. No leak; I have an 80 gallon Quincy compressor at 150 psi - I've turned the system off for the weekend and coming back Monday morning the regulator was still at its same setting, not a single psi lost which is really impressive.On disconnect the coupler doesn't send the hose wiping around the shop if you forget to grab both ends firmly. Instead it just has a slick sounding click and it separated. Same with the reconnect.I bought one to try it out and am now going to get enough to replace all of them in the system.

Rcv'd as pictured on Amazon, switching to this quick coupler because it says 2 yr leak proof guarantee, air leaks annoy me. Using this on a big truck, hauling manufactured homes, air hose is used daily to check air pressure on tires, to tighten lugs and in the event of a blowout to change the tire(happens daily, multiple times). Installed 20 June 2017, so far I like it, I'll update as time passes. 16NOV2018 I am still using the coupler and so far is working well, takes a little getting use to the disconnect process.

This is a good coupler. It is easy on my hand and makes it easy for me to switch from tool to tool. The only bad thing was the price.. however once I got to using it.. it was worth it. I recommend this very much.

It is a excellent well made product. Takes a little time to become familiar with disconnect procedure. Worth the cost.
