Salty Road Gourmet Saltwater Taffy Sampler 3.5 oz (Pack of 6)

I ordered these, and instead, I actually received a 6 pack of "Chocolate Chews" in "deep dark chocolate" flavor .I reported this issue to Amazon, and the manufacturer to tell them of the mix up, because I really didn't want the chocolate ones.Amazon responded to me very quickly in < 24 hours, and immediately issued a refund for the entire amount of the sale, and told me to keep the candy, give it as gifts, donate it, etc.Then the company owner herself got in touch the very next day too, offering her sincere apologies and sending me the 6 pack of Salted Caramel taffy that I had ordered in the first place. She was kind, and bent over backwards to make sure I ended up happy, due to me having experienced a mistake, even one that she wasn't in on, just because her candy was in the box. And THAT kind of business owner is exactly who I want to to do business with, every single time. I will be a customer for life.And PS...I know I said I didn't want any chocolate taffies...but sure... I tasted them, I admit it...and even though I am not a dark chocolate aficionado, they're yummy! I'm sure my gift recipients are going to be loving me, and I hope in turn, that generates some more new customers for Marisa Wu and Salty Road!! You can taste the salt, and feel a little crunch of it when you chew...it's really quite exquisite candy!

Update from my review of Dec 1 2017: I decided to give a 5 star review this time, after reading the product descriptions of several other salt water taffy products offered on Amazon, I found the Salty Road Handmade Taffy Sea Salt Caramel the best in flavor (exactly as described in its product description) and ingredients (it does not have all those additives, artifical flavors or colors) although I still wish it did not have mono- and triglycerides in its ingredients.

So these are really good but way to pricey for the amount you get. Love the taste though

Just did not enjoy these like I expected. Quanity very small, and seemed more like just flavored carmels.

Way too salty and hard, sorry, didn't like it.

I received a box of the vanilla taffy for Christmas and it is absolutely positively the best salt water taffy on the planet! I'm hooked and will be buying lots more!
