I use a whole lot of duct tape doing repair projects around the house. I like the uniquely bright color of the tape. This tape is somewhat thinner than the other brands but it appears to be about as strong as others I have used. It like that i can easily tear it by hand which adds to ease of use. Price-wise it is on an even keel with duct tape purchased from other more well-known manufacturers. Overall, I am pleased with the performance of the tape and highly recommend it.

Good quality, easy to tear by hand cleanly. Bonus points for fun colorI think that's important for this type of product because if you have a hassle ripping off pieces to apply then it can really slow you down and be frustrating.The tape is a good thickness, leaves no residue on materials I have tried it on so far. Wood, metal, glass, skin (for reference of materials tested for residue purposes)

As my title states, this is just normal duct tape in an unusual color. It was fresh (sticky, peels easily, not rotted) so I knew it was manufactured recently, which is a good sign. It tears easily, which is also good because one of the most irritating things is tape that just won’t tear.. it makes you feel like you want to rip your own hair out.I used it to tape a small plastic panel under my car’s steering wheel that came loose, and as a result my foot would touch it when I pressed the pedals. Annoying and dangerous, but the tape worked well. I used three or four long pieces and taped it from different angles. It’s been a couple months and it’s still holding. I did have to push it back once because it came loose but it’s been holding since. So I can attest to the fact that it’s not as sticky as Gorilla tape (waterproof and wide version) but does hold its own pretty well.I also don’t think it is waterproof, but that’s not an issue unless you use it outside in the element. It seems to stick pretty well to plastic, but make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dirt before you stick it or it will come loose prematurely. I’m not sure how or if it works on metal or wood surfaces, but I imagine it can get the job done for small applications. Overall I think it deserves a 4/5 because it is quite versatile but in a lower class than Gorilla tape or T-REX tape.

I liked the bright color of this tape that can be used to highlight where it's been applied, and while it's obviously thinner than the name brand versions, it seems to be relatively the same strength-wise. It tears easily by hand, but doesn't tear inadvertently. It seems to be priced about the same as duct tape from other manufacturers and is available in other colors as well.

Great for color coding boxing when moving

I have been searching for hot pink duct tape for a bit now. I use it specifically to add our house numbers to all our garbage, recycling and compost bins as they often get blown or thrown around by the wind or rushed hands when empty and this makes it exceptionally clear who they belong to. It saves a ton of money replacing bins or time hunting them down in other people's driveways.

I have two primary skills in life: a) breaking things, and b) losing things. When I saw this bright orange Bomei duct tape, I realized it was the perfect product to help me fix said things while also making them much harder to lose afterward.This tape feels strong but also has enough stretch/flex to seal it tightly around an object. I usually use Home Hardware duct tapes (the standard silver and the heavy duty contractor-grade black), and this Bomei product falls somewhere between the two in terms of strength and flexibility. I measured the depth of each roll and found that the Bomei and the silver HH tape were equal at 2 cm (see photo).It tears fairly well, and the surface texture is more uniform and robust than regular HH duct tape (see photo), which I anticipate will make it more resistant to moisture and sunlight. The adhesive is very good, as well. It’s strong, but doesn’t feel instantly gummy like so many cheaper brands do. I can’t speak to the long-term durability at this point, but it feels like something that will last for a decent period.At $10 per 30 yard roll, it’s a bit pricier than a number of other tapes you can find on Amazon, so it wouldn’t hurt to shop around a little before making a purchase. That said, it’s a quality product and I think the unique colour excuses at least some of the extra cost.My rating: 4.5 stars

This 2-pack of tape does a great job and looks good. It has a stickiness that works well on plastic or metal. It has a nice dark yellow (almost tangerine?) color, instead of the usual bright canary yellow you might find elsewhere. The color makes it easy to write on with a marker if needed, which makes it a lot better than the usual black duct tape; great for labelling packing boxes or cartons with the contents.An added feature is that you can tear it by hand, so you don't need scissors to cut the tape to the length you need it - that was a nice surprise, to not have to have scissors in order to use this tape.I'd highly recommend this tape!
