I learned about this item from Yoga by Candace and decided to give it a try. I purchased both the asana flow and instant energy. It has good ingredients without anything weird. I love the roller-ball and that it's made in the USA. I rub on my wrists, backs of hands and neck and take a few deep breaths. It's relaxing and smells good. I agree with another reviewer that the scent doesn't last long, but for me that's not necessarily a bad thing. I really don't want to smell it all day. I use it before practicing yoga or anytime I just need to pause and take a couple breaths. Not sure if I'll purchase again, but I'm happy with my purchase and I'm enjoying using it.
