This is an excellent product. Well made, works well, is exactly as described.i would highly recommend it to anyone young or old for comfort and pain relief . The delivery time was the quickest I've ever had, within 24hrs!!

Arrived with continental plug only; had to go out and buy converter to UK plug for £6. Also has a large raised connector on the pad, which makes it uncomfortable.On the second day of using it was broken. The lights were on, but no heat at all in the pad. I am having to return it.

WARNING! If you haven't a continental two-prong adapter, don't buy this! It comes with a two-prong European style plug. You could, of course, always cut this off and fit a British three-prong plug, but this would shorten the cord length. If you want to sit in an armchair with it some distance away from your wall socket, it won't reach. I now have to go out and buy a trailing socket extension in order to do this. Apart from this, it does everything it says it does and works very well.
