Was told by Max Tow that they are not water proof, so I have to protect them when I wash the car.

Great gauge. The only thing that I would change is the ability to dim the light with my instrument panel rheostat wheel switch.

Need to lengthen sending unit cable to 12 feet instead of 9 feet.
Works great but it sure would be nice if they lengthened sending unit connection cable.If you can do such a nice job with the cable, why not make it 3 feet longer so it will fit all vehicles with out having to splice into it.

Good upgrade to cars with out a way to monitor actual oil psi.
Nice quality, smooth and seemingly precise movement. 3 wire sensor is slim and mouted easily on an oil filter adapter plate.

so far it works great, it was easy to install and had good instructions

Gauge didn't even work at all, it lit up but no pressure at at all, when I know I have pressure checked by manual guages, I would have given no star, time I spent on it and it's over 2 weeks now my refund is still not here. Looks good but don't waste your time and money, spend a bit more and get something more reliable
