well iy really helped to neck pain amd back pain.. light weight and pain relief, valauble object , best use of money , heat functions are super, easy to use

Not worth it! Overpriced! Main function of massaging does not work properly.
Not working as suggested. Plus there is no return. This will be just waste of money only. I ordered this massager for back pain for my family member. Its really not ergonomic to use this one. A normal massager would be much better which you can get for less than 1000 rs. would not recommend this if you are looking for a massager which can help you to reduce pain and relax muscles.

Perfect Pain Reliever

Doesn't work as seen on image
Design is not ergonomic, not practical as shiwn in images, only good for leg massages. It could be dangerous to use on neck. Use with caution

No return option
I m not comfortable with the product; particularly the overall weight & functionality. Most unfortunate part, just after receiving the product I contacted the seller/amazon for return which was firmly declined. So please be cautious while ordering online
