It works OK but I wish it stayed on longer as I have to do a little dance half way through urinating as it goes out.

This is my first ever review on Amazon. Hope it helps. I must admit the quality of these bulbs had a hand in me writing this review. So here goes.Delivery and packaging:I placed the order on the 6th of November and received the product on the 21st. So its most probably being shipped either from China or the USA, where the company says it is based. Nevertheless, expected date was 9th December so arrived well ahead of time. The packaging was a bit nifty for a product that's being shipped overseas. It was just one of those thick plastics wrapped around the bulb's boxes. However, the boxes itself are strong cardboard and could probably take all the hits while being shipped. There was no damage on the packaging.Build quality:The build quality is what compelled me to write the review. The build of these bulbs is exceptional. They do not feel cheap like some other ones. Most of the bulb is of plastic construction but very good quality. The silver part that is used to dissipate heat is solid and heavy and appears metallic. The top dome feels like glass and is thick enough to assure that it wont just break off.Function:When you switch on the bulb for the first time, it comes on and stays for quite sometime. I didn't really understand why therefore thinking both the bulbs I received were faulty. Just let them be and they start functioning as expected. These bulbs are really bright though. For a 6W they are comparable to an incandescent 50W bulb and easily light up a 5x5m room. They switch off after ~1m of detecting no movement. Also, they require the movement to be of a displacement type. Merely, sitting in one place and shaking your head won't trigger them. You need to move your arm or body around for it to detect some movement. The sensing distance is about 3-5 meters based on the placement of the bulb.Overall, this item scores a five in most of the departments if not all and hence deserves 5 stars.

Very bright for LED, but certainly suitable for small rest rooms, bathrooms, on the stairs or in a porch. Some people have said it's too bright, but that's more to do with the cool white light which looks more like daylight.Sensor works really well and was the main reason for replacing our old sensor lights which were a bit slow to turn on. These work instantly and because they are LED the gain full brightness instantly.Highly recommended.

PIR failed within a few months - no contact from seller in regards to replacement.
