The label makes it look like you get 16 servings of 1280 calories, 60 grams of protein, and all the other good stuff the maker claims it has. My problem is that you actually get less, since its counting 16 servings of only 1 scoops and you need 3 to get the advertised benefits (you would get 1/3 of what Evolution Advance makes it look its has). For the full benefits (using the 3 needed scoops), the product would only last for about week. For 40 bucks I would keep looking for something else.
