This supplement really seems to have helped me over the last two months I’ve been taking it, so I’m now reordering and decided to review accordingly, as I always think good quality products should be rewarded. Small, easy to swallow capsules, and I checked the weight of them; definitely 500mg each. The product inside is definitely resveratrol as I tasted it and it matches the organoleptic properties of the compound (always a good trick to know to give a rough check to the quality of powdered supplements!). It has 100% put a spring in my step and sped up my metabolism, giving me more energy and better stamina for my day to day life. It seems expensive for a one month supply but the other brands’ tablets or capsules are notably smaller in capacity so it works out about even for a high quality brand.

This is the strongest version I've found on the market, and reassuring to know it's at guaranteed purity. I feel like I've had more energy since taking this, and my skin has improved - I feel better and bouncier in myself. I can't see the internal anti-ageing effects of course, but I believe in the power of resveratrol long term.

I use Trans resveratrol as an anti-oxidant for oxidative stress of my insane workouts, there are other benefits to resveratrol, but it's main one is really about helping the body with oxidative stress. I normally take 3,000mg per day for upto 6 months, this product is about 500mg per capsule, and the recommended dosage is 2 capsules for 1,000mg per day for a month, at the price of 60 capsules for 20 quid, it's just not good value for money. To make this better I would include 3,000mg per 2 capsules, that will last 3 months for the value. If they can manage that, it would steal the competition. I'd buy that.

Been taking for a week, using the Oprah recipe. No change whatsoever. Don't believe all the hype

I’ve been taking these for the past four weeks at 1g/day and very pleased to say that I feel this has given me a cognitive and energetic boost.

This is the strongest resveratrol I’ve found at a really reasonable price, and it’s also lab-tested. Good packaging too. Only just started taking it so can't speak with certain to effects yet, but already I seem to have more energy.

I’ve been taking two of these capsules in the morning with my post-workout protein shake for about a month now. I’ve noticed an improvement in my general sense of well-being and my concentration is more focussed at work and in the gym. As for the anti-ageing, just the one person has commented that my skin seems to be glowing of late. I can’t say I’ve noticed but I’m taking the compliment. The capsules are reasonably sized and I have no difficulty in swallowing them. These capsules are not cheap and are probably a bit of an indulgence. However, for the uplift in my sense of well-being, they’re worth it.
