Good for client or patient forms: Bright colors so it's hard to loose; pen holder built in; privacy cover for completed forms.
The die-cut pen holder works well with a Pilot G-2. Bright outside color makes it easy to locate in a cluttered lab or busy waiting room. We use it for patient medical forms. The inside of all of these particular folders are light beige or washed-out yellow. The outside and inside are firmly molded together into one piece. When the cover is opened and folded back, the surface is solid enough write on when hand-held. Easily holds 30 pages. FYI this does NOT have the pull-out metal loop for hanging the folder.
