Great little bike! At first I thought it was dead but the way to get is started is to get it rolling and you will see a green light come up underneath, now it will work with the throttle. Great Customer service!

Great mini electric bike! I bought for my 4 year old! And he loves it. Goes the perfect speed. Probably even suitable for a 3 year old if good with balance. I recommend it! Age range: 3-5 Bike quality: Bike is durable/ bell on handle broke off but bike it self is good! Battery life: 6 months and still going!

I'm really disappointed with the isinwheel SK12 2-in-1 Electric Bike for kids. Right out of the box, the bike bell was already broken, which immediately raised concerns about overall build quality. Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. The battery life is very weak and does not last nearly as long as advertised. After only short periods of use, the bike needs to be recharged again, which is frustrating for a product meant for young kids who want to ride continuously. The overall construction feels cheaply made, and it does not seem durable enough to handle regular use by a child. For the price, I expected something sturdier and more reliable, especially for a kids' electric bike where safety and longevity matter. Between the broken parts on arrival, poor battery performance, and questionable durability, I would not recommend this product. There are better options available that offer higher quality and longer battery life.

Quality is good and my kids really love the bike. The main issue is the battery. A single charge from completely dead takes nearly 6 hours and the run time of the bike on a full charge is less than 20 minutes. There is no other option for batteries so you cant even have an extra on hand to quickly swap. I wish they used a more common battery so you could swap it for a Dewalt or something.

My grandson absolutely loves this electric bike. Customer support was awesome in responding to issue with bell arriving broken, they replaced it quickly. They were very kind and attentive and even called to confirm I received the replacement bell and that we were happy with the bike. Awesome bike and absolutely awesome customer support!! Definitely recommend!!!

If I could leave negative stars I would. Right out the box pieces are broken, and the bike doesn’t work at all. This was a Christmas present for my son and now I can’t even give it to him. Seller takes forever to respond and won’t give money back.
