I SPEND ALOT OF TIME IN SAUNASTHIS HAT MAKES ME SWEAT SO MUCH MORE

I gave this banya hat only three stars for the following reasons: 1. Too big for my head, 2. As a Ukrainian, I didn’t care for the Russian red star - but wanting two different hats and being offered only two designs, in purchased one of each - the gold and blue Ukrainian trident and the Russian red star. 3) The hat’s felt is dark, scratchy, and has an odd odor when you first wet it - like a chemical that still needs to be washed out. 4) The hat’s design is helmet-like. I wish they had an option for a more traditional design. I wanted eat flaps, but these are huge. And I don’t care for the pointy tip on top of the hat.Reasons I do like these hats: 1) good construction, 2) seams are reinforced, 3) they do the job.

Got this for using in the hottub in below freezing temps - great at keeping head warm. Almost does job too well!
