Excellent product that works.
Bought this to seal some cracks in the balcony floor, at the hidden corners. Was expecting it to be very messy and difficult to work with like translucent silicone bathroom sealant, but this was not the case. It is much thinner in texture, runny and very easy to apply with a normal brush. It appears white opaque in the pot, but when spread out it dries clear and invisible. Very easy to apply several layers, leaving two days between. I have also used it on Upvc widow frames with great results. Another bonus is that it is water based and just needs washing in soapy water, so you you won't lose a brush every time you use it. All in all, an excellent product that delivers completely on its promise to seal cracks .

Sealant
The sealant is very easy to use and does the job. It is nice and thick but usable. I have used it on three different items and have plenty left therefore, worth the money.
