I never thought this would work, I take it daily (2) with Red Raspberry Ketones. I feel full all day -- no cravings during the day OR AT NIGHT WHEN WATCHING TV!! I eat a small breakfast and then don't eat again dinner (between 4-6 pm depending on what's going on). I used to be starving by the time I got home. Not anymore. Don't know if it's just the Konjac or a combo of both, but i definitely see an difference. I don't work for either company -- just an overweight woman who's always looking for something to help get the weight off. This time I really think I've found something. I intend to keep taking these! I noticed results after a few days...nothing astounding...just a fuller feeling. Ok idk what i expected but it didnt help me stay full at all im not sure if this helped anyone else but i will not purchase again this wasnt what i expected i did take all of them and it gave my urine a very bad smell i know it was these pills because it didnt start until i startrd takin yhem and went away wgen i stopped go figure

I really like this product. There is a product sold on television with the same exact ingredient, which costs so much more. I find, that when I take this product religiously, I eat about 1/2 of what I normally eat and make better choices; as it does help to fill you up and stop unhealthy food cravings. It actually helps me to cut the junk out all together. I have had no side affects at all except weight loss and a comfortable feeling of being satisfied/full. When you work with this product every day; this product is a wonderful help! I really love it and at such a reasonable price; it's A+ in my book and I've tried lots of other things.

Just like other reviews, this did not work for me in the least. Took one 30 minutes before eating and ate just as much if not more. Made sure to take with the correct amount of water as well. Made me feel sleepy after taking it like you would after a nice big meal. All that happened was my sugar dropped suddenly a few hours after eating even though I didn't feel extremely hungry. Usually I noticed if my sugar really low b/c I will get very hungry so I eat immediately. So I suppose this some what stayed in my stomach helping me not to feel as hungry. This is dangerous for someone that suffers from low blood sugar effects. Interesting how I've read it helps regulate your blood sugar levels. Yeah right. This also caused me to go to the bathroom like crazy and made me very nauseous for days. I decided to try one again and the same thing. There's no way in heck I'm going to try two to see if it fills me up. I don't feel like being sick again. Lessoned learned: if you want to lo lose some weight do it the old fashion way. If you want something you gotta work for it. Glad to see this helped some people but this stuff is a joke for me.

I saw Dr. Oz mention Konjac Root on TV as a great way to fill you up so you'll eat less, plus lower cholesterol and blood sugar because it's really fiber dense. I was a little hesitant because I didn't want too much fiber to the point of constipation. Not a problem! I really think it actually has kept me more regular, plus I have lost 5 pounds. And I started out really slow with these, taking only capsule a day. Now I've just started twice a day, hoping to lose just 5 more pounds over the next month. Just had my annual blood work done with my doctor, and I'll be curious to compare the readings from last year's report. After researching Konjac Root online, I chose this product because it contains the 700 Mg, plus was the best buy. And I trust the Amazon merchants way more than some random website.

I'm actually on my second bottle of Lipozene(5dys per bottle), but after doing extensive research on Glucomannan, I realized that Lipozene is just a name behind a product that is available cheaper in other brands. I chose Swanson because it is giving me 700mg per tab (compared to Lipozene @ 750mg per tab), and the price is good for me. With Glucomannan, I saw 2 lbs thrown off in the first week (eating normal food with only one pilates class), and I am looking forward to seeing another 2 lbs at the end of this week. I absolutely do not judge anything unless I give it a fair chance...my personal timing is about 1-2 months. So if Swanson's brand is encouraging, I shall be writing another review on their behalf and reordering. I brought two bottles today...expecting the same results. I love how Glucomannan makes me fuller and thus makes me eat smaller portions, and if I overeat, it makes me expel the unwanted. I want to encourage those who have only used this for a week or so, then stopped...give it a fair chance; take it strictly as directed. That is what I intend to do...cheers!

Ordered the product after reading many great reviews and after reading the review by Dr. Oz, that sealed the deal. I was hoping the product would help me loose about 20 pounds and so far no go! Ive been taking the pills as suggested, 2 pills 30 minutes before eating with a full bottle of water. Its suppose to make you full that way you eat less...NOPE not in my case. I could still eat my whole burger and fries! What this pill does give you is serious GAS! GAS that you dont want to have around anyone else! Frequent bowl movements but nothing oatmeal or a fiber one bar wouldn't do. Because of the price I bought two bottles however I am looking for more of an appetite suppressant, something to help me not eat late and eat less when eating! I will not buy anymore of these pills.Ps. I am the mother of the 11 year old reader.
