Would this fit a duct thats 9x13?

Hi Dear Customer, The overall height of this damper is 9.75” As per description, if the duct is 9” high then it may be trouble to fit in. But I have shipped this damper today, just try when you received to see if you can make it fit, one solution is to cut the duct top edge, bent up to fit the damper. It should work. What would be a suitable power supply to run two of these dampers simultaneously?

A 20 watt 24 vac transformer will be enough to run two dampers at the same time. Thanks for inquiry!

It's a two-wire device, so what happens when the vent is opened and power is still applied? Heat? Rated 100% duty cycle?

The 24vac power needs to be continuously apply to the actuator in order to keep the vent open. The vent will close when the power is off. It can stay open as long as the operation required. It is normal that the actuator is hot to keep open for a long time.
