A big family hit.
These remind me of a Twix bar in texture and taste, but slightly less sweet (and without the cookie in it). Delicious! The caramel melts and stretches the same. They quell my cravings perfectly. You can feel that this has a healthy effect on your body after eating it (versus NOT the toxic sugar rush then crash you get from candy bars). Also, it is weirdly satiating. Maybe because it stabilizes blood sugar instead of spiking it. If you’re looking for an exact replacement of super-sweet chocolate caramel candy, this may be too healthy for you and it’s a bit expensive. But if you don’t mind an adult version of a Twix bar that is both healthy and slightly less sweet, closer to a dark chocolate tasting outside, creamy inside, this is perfect. I paid close attention to the differences but if you didn’t know, it probably wouldn’t even register that it’s healthy. My mom sneaks them out of the pantry as if they are a guilty chocolate caramel bar and has no idea it’s zero grams of sugar. It’s better that way. :)

Absolutely delicious and yet no sugar
The snacks are absolutely delicious. They have no sugar as I am just barely prediabetic. The taste is delicious. These are actually quite expensive. However they’re worth it to me. They’re filling and very tasty. The only problem is availability is very vague. I can’t usually find them when I’m looking for them

Tasty alternative to a sugary candy bar
I really liked these RxSugar Chocolate Swealthy Snax. I have only purchased the one box. I liked the texture and flavor. It is almost like eating a chocolate covered tootsie roll. I like that they don't raise my blood sugar and that I can feel like I'm having a treat without the cost to my health.

Taste great... but why all smashed up?
I was looking forward to receiving these. I've used Allulose for quite some time in cooking and to sweeten tea and such but have been intrigued lately by the studies showing its beneficial impact to blood sugar (but admittedly I need more study information because what I've read so far is quite vague) so thought I'd up the ante a little and make more of a concerted effort to consume regularly. I received the box. It was in perfect condition. I took out the first bar and through the wrapper it felt a little smashed. Our weather has been quite cool, but it could have been warm somewhere along the way I thought to cause melting. Once opened the bar does not look melted at all. It looks smashed like it's been riding around in someone's pocket or purse for an extended period! Well... they are too expensive to toss, so I tried it and it was quite tasty and satisfying. I got the caramel version. Someone said they are like a Twix. Not in my opinion, but admittedly I was hoping they would have a crunch. There is nothing crunchy, it's just soft caramel coated in chocolate. It was the perfect size for a little dessert. I felt the other bars in the box and they all feel pretty deformed. That's too bad because now when I consume them I'm going to have to be in a place where I'm ready to catch crumbling chocolate pieces. But they are a nice treat and will be a great alternative to a calorie/sugar laden dessert.

Expensive and quality not up to standards
Good flavor for a no sugar treat. The bars were exposed to heat and had a white surface. I have purchased these from a different company that did not look like this. Luckily the heat did not affect the flavor, only the appearance was degraded. If you live in a warm climate order with caution during warm weather.

Appetite suppressant
These taste great. Like a candy bar. Can’t believe on 70 cal. They took away my appetite but gave me slight diarrhea. I just started using them. If they continue to suppress my appetite I should lose weight. I can deal with the slight diarrhea. I will buy more.

overly sweet candy bar
would not recommend for anyone is who trying to keep carbs low. 18g per bar. it is so sweet, it is more like a candy. I could not eat more than a single bite. would not recommend as a snack. not returnable and RX customer service was not helpful to a dissatisfied customer. I am very disappointed with this product since I do like the RX liquid allulose.

A delicious low-carb dessert
My husband and I really enjoy these bars as dessert. We both follow a strict keto diet, and they fit easily into our macros most days., although we eat them only occasionally, when the urge hits. The dark chocolate is just lovely, and the caramel is very good. I would defy anyone to know that these were not “regular” candy bars…but who would want a regular candy bar anyhow? For those who are interested in allulose, these bars are a marvelous way to get a healthy dose of allulose. (Look up the research on allulose: It stabilizes blood sugar and has other benefits that are emerging in ongoing research. This is a very healthy snack or dessert.)
