Expensive
$14 for a glorified rubber band, I think that's too expensive.I'm not knocking resistance bands, but this seems like a bad deal.

Great resistance bands
Great resistance bands! Perfect for shoulder girdle work and many many other things! The length is great to do all sorts exercises with. So far after about a month, it seems to be durable and working well. The Red band is the one I'd suggest if you're doing band pull aparts, face pulls, etc. Depending on where you grab it, you can increase or decrease the resistance and make it perfect. The heavier colored bands are more for using with barbells and stuff like that. So far, really really happy with this thing and the price is great compared to some name brands out there charging 2-3 times more for the same product!

great alternative to expensive and heavy weights that can be carried around
I love these bands.Allows me to do weights workouts everywhere (I take them to work to get some blood flowing in the middle of the day)Weigh very little so can be taken on business trips as well and much safer than weights as you can just drop them without breaking the floor.I can do with them almost anything I can do with weights, and they have a pretty wide resistance range between the four of them (and can be doubled up for extra flexibility).They also feel very solid and high quality.

What an incredible product that easy, versatile, lightweight and can fit anywhere not only at home or at the gym. I like this band very much for the material is of good quality. I always use it for prework warm up as well after workout stretch in the gym. different color with different weight can fit my different needs, like green, I can use as butt warm up, the black and purple good for arm and stretch. Highly recommend buying the whole set for warm up.

False advertising
The product page for this item shows four bands of different colors. All I got was a single red band. There are no handles so even a single band is useless. The seller has ignored my requests to return this item. I've been using Amazon since the day they started and been extremely pleased. This is the first time I have had a vendor sell something that doesn't live up to Amazon's high standards.

Perfect for travel and/or a home gym
I purchased these Pull UP Assist Bands specifically for out of town travel, as lightweight quick workout alternatives to looking for a local gym. There are several videos online showing excellent uses for these bands to add some weight to bodyweight pushups, squats, front squats, overhead presses, arm exercises and even deadlifts.So, do yourself a favor. Stop reading reviews. Buy the workout resistance bands you think will work for you...and then get to work!
