Logan Turbo Solid Brass Sheepdog Whistle (Whistle and luxury leather lanyard)

I love this whistle, as per heading it's got great dynamic volume, good control easy to blow and create the sounds you want.But i wish i'de bought the stainless (aluminium if I remember not stainless) version rather than brass. As it's brass, continued use and it gets green like brass does. Have to anti-septic it occasionally and clean the green oxidation off it.Great whistle, just be mindful if you purchase the brass version. Mine is used every day usually 3 sessions per day - So that's a lot of whistling (unless I forget it and resort back to finger whistling)...2020 update . I (and a few others ) have asked The sellers to make a Aluminium version.... They have (see additional Pic).I'l add (as I actually lost the brass one!!!) and thus purchased one of there other versions .... I stated that with the Turbo - I can make this whistle make pretty much any sound I want - It's brilliant for that ... However the "other" version - I could not blow for Toffee - Not eh best control or detailed enough to have any for of control of the dog.However we asked for a Aluminium version of this ... And I purchased one... I'de had control over the brass Turbo - i could IMMEDIATELY make all the sounds from the former. It's so easy to control, it's easy to blow, the dynamic range is easily controlable. The turbo in the brass and this version are superb whistles. I would have both a brass and Aluminium of this whistle any day - These are superb Whistles.(Apologies for the picture containing dog hairs - Oh wait ... (LOL)

My second Logan whistle after losing my original. Great sound and looks great. Though as with all whistles of this type it will take some practice to be able to get the right sound out of it
