I've been using the HGH Booster for 2 weeks now and definitely noticing a difference in energy. I am 44 years old and would typically experience a daily energy slump, not long after lunchtime. No longer feeling that dip, and I am now sleeping through the night for a solid 7hrs. The better sleep and increased energy has left me in a better mood throughout the day, to say the least. Great supplement! Looking forward to seeing more benefits as I continue using this product.Side note: I'm not exactly sure what some of the negative reviews are complaining about. It says clearly that the daily dose is 5 capsules and there are 150 capsules in a bottle (that's a 30 day supply guys). It's like buying a dozen eggs and then complaining about the price per egg. Maybe don't buy it if doesn't fit your budget? Just a thought...

Ever since getting a fitbit to track my sleep, sleep has become a more important biomarker for me. The impact on my workouts has been awesome. This product does help me to sleep deeply and I don't have any lingering drowsiness when I wake up 7.5 -8.5 hours later. Workouts have improved since I started focusing more on getting good quality sleep and his product is likely to help me even more, based on the ingredients and quality. the product is exactly as shown on Amazon.I'm mostly vegetarian in my diet (love that these are veggie capsules) so the Lysine is really an important part of this product for me. It's a building block for making proteins in the body. Arginine is found in red meat, dairy, soy, beans, poultry, and more. Since I don't eat a lot of those products, it's nice to have a good quality supplement that contains this protein building amino acid and others included in this product. The GABA is known to have a calming effect by blocking certain neurotransmitters so no wonder this results in better sleep.This product is relatively costly and 5 capsules is a lot to swallow - however the product is very good quality with lab testing for purity and dose. It's produced in the USA under certified good manufacturing practices, and it doesn't contain genetically modified ingredients. My humble opinion is it's worth the price to use products that are better quality like this one. I did transfer the product to a dark glass container as I am trying to avoid plastics close to anything I consume. Just wish the recommended dose of 5 capsules was smaller so 1) 150 would last longer than a month 2) I wouldn't have to consume so many capsules before bed.

The product worked as far as boundless energy, but it was too strong for my system. So I tried to return it at least the bottle that wasn’t opened, but i couldn’t return it and it’s non refundable. That’s not good Amazon! I never buy again

At 41 and being out of the gym for several years I knew I was going to need a little help getting back on track after a little research I selected HGH Boost. After almost two weeks using it now I can honestly say it’s been a huge help with recovery at my age and that’s a huge deal allowing me to keep consistent. Energy is good and I’m feeling strong for where I’m at, excited to keep at it and will update along the way. Everything I could of hoped for at this point!

Me and my husband both have been taking this now for a couple weeks. We cannot tell a difference at all. So not sure if we just haven't taken it long enough or if it just does not work. So not really sure if it is worth the money to even buy it again.

At first I noticed I was sleeping better and recovering from the gym seemed to improve after the first few weeks of using this. I didn’t expect my skin to improve but I have noticed that too which is a nice added benefit. I feel like I’ve lost fat and gained muscle to keep me lean
