If only it were cheaper
This is the only tooth gel my son can tolerate. It is non-foaming and tastes like Grape Ice Cubes gum. :) We actually like that it's runny because it's easier for us to dispense (no long gooey clumps rolling off the toothbrush) and it's easier to use less so it lasts a lot longer than the Oral B toddler tooth gel tubes from the store. It actually does a decent job of cutting through tooth scum and morning breath, much better than traditional toothpastes. So far the Xylitol has kept all cavities at bay since we started using it. The container is reasonably easy to open and close. The only complaints I have are the price (obviously) and the ink date stamp on the bottom stains my countertops when wet. We just keep the bottle in an open tupperware container now. Please don't ever stop making it! Also, please change the picture to show only one bottle. I did read the fine print before ordering, but it's deceitful to show two bottles in the picture. Thanks!

Decent toothpaste - more like gel in a bottle which is not easy to use.
I wanted to find the best possible option for my LO as we were planning on getting a good toothpaste for the baby. We researched on ends and the only reason why I ended up selecting this one over a lot of others on the market is because there are so many reviews on here from parents who say that their kiddo started showing interest in brushing their teeth only when they introduced this toothpaste. Something about the taste.. and there is another one available in strawberry as well. So, I ended up buying this toothpaste. Frankly, my baby girl does not really bother about the taste. The toothpaste works fine, does what its supposed to do. Its not some magic potion that will get your baby to brush their teeth. Yes, the taste might not be the same as for the other non-fluoride toothpastes. I feel this is a preference from child to child. Mine didnt care at all. The way we sparked the interest in brushing for our LO is by getting a cute toothbrush with a small doggie on the handle. She loved saying 'bow wow' and 'woof woof' and really wanted to use the cute toothbrush.WHAT I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:- The dispensing mechanism is way off. Too messy!- The listing shows 2 bottles on the picture - you only get one! This is a little misleading, especially for folks buying in a hurry who dont happen to read all the details.- I wish that the toothpaste was a little more like paste and had a color to it. The tooth paste is watery and transparent and not at all easy to use as it settles all the way to the bottom of the toothbrush and makes a mess.- I would also have preferred having a tube instead of a bottle which has a flat top and is not really user friendly! I end up dispensing varying amounts every time!WHAT I LIKED - The only fact I like about this tooth paste is that its fluoride free and in the few months of use we have not had any dental issues. While the toothpaste itself is not really bad, i will definitely not be purchasing this product again. Not cost effective and a real pain to dispense.

This is nice toothpaste, but not worth $8
This is nice toothpaste, but not worth $8.00 in our opinion. It is posted with two pix giving the impression that there are 2 bottles in the package, which is deceptive we believe. It is a little runny, which makes it easier for the kids (ages 5 & 6) to put on the toothbrush themselves. They don't have to squeeze a tube either. Tastes great. We would love it if we could find it somewhere else at a better price. 8 bucks for a small bottle is outrageous, really though.

Messy and Thin
Way too thin and just pours out of the container like water. Needless to say it barely stays on the brush.

Great Buy
This product was recommended by my kiddos pediatric dentist. So far my son loves the flavor and is very excited to brush his teeth. I love that he is so excited to use it, since it has such a great taste. I would definitely recommend this product!

Spiffie-ish
Okay so this is a tough on to review. My daughter LOVES the flavor. Which is weird because she hates grape flavored medicine but this tastes just like her grape medicine. I think she is messing with my head (it's working). It gets her to brush her teeth though so I gave it 3 stars. Now the down side. If you are trying to teach your kid to spit while brushing so you can go to a bigger kid tooth paste this one doesn't make much foam or spit. We know this because every night we brush our teeth with her paste and kid sized brushes (any lengths to get her to brush). Over all I am not impressed but she is.

Love Love Love Spiffies products.
Love love love Spiffies. Started with the teeth wipes when my child was teething years ago, just wrap around finger and rub little teeth and gums. Then loved the fact that the "Spiffies I can brush gel" was on the market at the time we changed over to brushing teeth. Nice that amazon picked up this product, we used to have to contact "spiffies" directly and the company was great, but Amazon gives them better exposure. And it is still the favourite of all toothpastes and gels in this house.

good product, poor bottle design
My 3 year old likes using this toothpaste. As others mentioned, it is a thin gel that sinks into the toothbrush. I tried this one because it's cheaper, but prefer the consistency of the spry kid's toothpaste, which is a thicker gel. The way the bottle is designed makes it difficult to dispense the toothpaste neatly. Try as I might, I always end up getting some on the outside of the bottle after the lid is shut, so end up having to rinse the outside of the container almost every time. If the gel was thicker, it may not be as messy. The top is wide and flat with a small hole to dispense.. just doesn't work well with the liquid consistency of the product.
