Description

Electric donut fryer 804 is an ideal solution for frying donuts and loukoumades. With frying area of 50x30cm, it is able to meet the needs of the business without having to spend large amounts of oil. Its strong heating elements ensure maximum performance and also losses in the oil temperature. It is equipped with a stainless steel surface at the bottom, so that the donuts do not come in contact with the heating elements. Fryer comes with frying screen which is used to dip the donuts into the oil, reducing the frying time, without having to mix them with utensils. The 14-liter stainless steel kettle is removable, easy to remove and can be washed in the dishwasher. It also has a drain rack which is positioned left or right of the device to drain the donuts, with the oil returning back inside the kettle.
