The Diaper Genie Platinum Pail in Sage Green has been a fantastic addition to our nursery. This Diaper Genie pail works very well at keeping diaper odors contained, even when it is full. The stainless steel body feels sturdy and looks much nicer than plastic diaper pails, so it blends well with nursery décor instead of standing out. The foot pedal is easy to use, which is helpful when you have your hands full with a baby. The refill system is simple to install, and the bags are thick and hold a good number of diapers before needing to be changed. I also like that it does a good job of sealing in smells when the lid is closed. Overall, this is a reliable and well-designed diaper pail that makes diaper disposal much more convenient.

Giving 5 stars because I love the product and the customer service was easy to communicate with. My product arrived damaged-more so a delivery person issue but also wasn’t packaged very well-but the company replaced it for free and allowed me the original since I don’t have an easy way to send it back and my baby was due before the new one would arrive. The new one was packaged better and was still mildly damaged but fixable. I love the sleek design and the sage green option we got, fits in with our nursery well. The product contains the smell from dirty diapers well and holds a decent amount at a time, only needing to be taken out maybe twice a week. It’s lightweight and easy to move around and easy to empty. Installment of the rolls is also easy, just make sure you get the right ones as diaper genie bags are not “one size fits all”. Though there are cheaper brands available, I love this product and would definitely buy again if I needed to.

GREAT upgrade from the classic genie, worth the investment. Much easier to remove the bags that are scored and pull up through the canister--results in much less waste. Better odor control and overall more attractive design.

So sleek and pretty. Hefty enough to contain the smell but light enough to make it easy to move. Got as a gift and was so perfect. Not worried about it tipping over so safe for baby’s room.

The blue color is also a nice touch—it actually looks good in the nursery. I’m pretty minimalist when it comes to baby gear, but this one earns its spot. Total game-changer.

A must-have for any household with a baby. It really locks in the smell, looks sleek, and is very easy to use. Changing the bags is simple and it keeps the room smelling clean. The only downside is that it’s a bit expensive—but still worth it for the convenience.

I had a non diaper genie diaper bin and it was ok but the bags were a bit of a pain to handle. Paying a premium for bags to hold diapers isnt the best but the unit itself is brilliantly designed. Setting up a bag, taking out a full bag and prepping a new one is a well thought out process that if you do it right is a pleasant experience. There is ZERO odor that comes out of this thing even when its full of the most poop ridden diapers you could imagine. Great product. Just do us all a favour and make the refills cheaper
