This has 'saved' my PCs a few times
Easy to install. Works well when power goes off, having saved my computers and hard drives from switching off during the occasional power outage.

Easy to set up and forget... Performs well and provides good bang for the buck!
I can see why this product is very popular. Very simple to set-up and leave in place. I have been trying to secure another unit for my network since I purchased this one. I had previously used more sophisticated APC units, however I settled on this model so that other members of my family could manage them during an outage if I were away from my residence. Well packaged. My only comment is that the supplied software PowerPanel is a paid subscription model and there was no apparent warning to this effect. To date, I have had no need for this software as I do not perceive any benefit from it. Your needs may be different from mine, so it is an individual choice to subscribe. Personally, I prefer that companies provide a warning so that the end user may make a choice whether to install or not.

Does the job, and easy to manage
The fact that CyberPower actually provides software for Linux users, along with the Windows and Mac users, gives me a reason to stick with them. I can control the various UPS's around my home from my main computer, and I know they will be there in the event of the occasional power interruptions. Much cheaper than equivalent products were a few years ago, too, so money well spent.

Great product
We suffer from frequent short term power outages which were playing havoc with my PC, modem, printer etc. This product was really easy to instal and no more problems with sensitive electronics. Highly recommend.

Useless. Rarely kicks in when it's meant to.
Unfortunately, our house has flaky power, so I bought a UPS to protect my work when working from home. So far, the UPS has kicked in once out of the past four times the power has gone out, despite the PowerPanel software saying that it's working correctly. It's probably the worst piece of PC kit I've bought in the past few years.
