My little one loves to trace the pictures in the Drawing book, very cute pictures of animals, fruit, and plants. The fish gripper that comes with the pends is great and fits nicely. It feels like tough rubber and is tough to rip. The pens with or without the fish gripper is comfortable to hold and has a non-split coating.For the tracing the grooves are easy and nice to follow but wish they were just slightly deeper. The reason is that when you go outside of the tracing area it's easy to score the paper.The magic part is the ink, which is disappearing ink, can take a little bit to disappear so it's a little frustrating if you wanted to keep practicing the same page over and over. But since it does go away after time re-doing the same page later is super nice.Since the ink is mostly the special part it's nice to know there are plenty of them, 10 in total. This should easily last a child's learning needs until they master all the pages so I'm not worried about needing more refills for this specific kit.

Not sure if all the 5 books are from 3 years old but this Reusable Writing Practice Book is very helpful for someone starting to write, draw and do maths. Perhaps a 3 year old can start with the alphabets first. All the writing in the books have grooves that help the little one to master the writing.This is indeed a great way to get the little one interested to write and start with penmanship first.I really like the fact that the ink disappears after 30 minutes or so, and this practice book can be used, over and over. What a great idea.The saying that practice makes perfect is so true, in this particular case.This is a good investment as this book will be useful for many years after 3 years old.

Books are good, easy to trace for all ages, pens need a little bit of friction to write with but otherwise perfect for learning to write and math.
