Quality of product is good. But it seems that vit K2, needs to work along with Vit D3 and Magnesium. The question is in which proportions. That is for each 90mg how much of the other vitamins.Also it seems that Vit K2 affect intestinal flora, so you also need to take probiotics.None of the vit K2 suppliers address these issues in order to take the most advantage of this important supplement

Great supplement, I take it to aid vitamin d3 absorption. The capsule is easy to take, and I appreciate that it is free of wheat, gluten, and soy (as well as a few others, but those listed above were the things I needed to avoid the most).

Received this in time allowed. It's suppose to be good for heart health. Easy to swallow and don't have to take it with food
