Great flavor
With any flavoring I am concerned that the flavor is authentic for my hot pepper lollipops. This really tastes like strawberry.

Great tasting candy
Instead of purchasing big name junk candy, we made our own and home and sent it to school for the kids on V day. Wow, what a great response. The kids kept coming back for more!TIP: Do not forget the CITRIC ACID for tartness (add once the mix is UNDER 250 degrees!) - this will GREATLY enhance the flavor. Without it, it tastes boring, flat, and well, homemade. Definitely do NOT add citric acid above 250 or the stuff will burn and taste, omg, like vomit...trust me and other's online.

Smells and taste good.
I make glass Candy and cough drops. This product works great and taste great. It smells so good. The flavor is strong and I am very pleased. I will continue to use this brand.

Flavor could be stronger
I used this oil to make old fashioned hard candy for Christmas. It came out good but would have been great if the strawberry flavor came through a little stronger.
