There are 60 capsules in the supplement. This is unusual for this type of supplement, where most emulate the diamond blue pill shape tablet. The suggested dosage is 2 capsules, so there are 30 days covered by the capsules. There is a faint smell to the bottle when opened.The capsules are easy to swallow being quite a bit smaller than a multivitamin and do not have any taste or aftertaste to them. The product is vegetarian and vegan compatible. The expiry date is 23 months from the date of delivery. The supplement contains the familiar ingredients to users of these supplements of Ginseng, Ginkgo, Maca and Tribulus.The product is UK made. The price is competitive for this sort of product. Previously the supplements of this type that I have taken (with the same named ingredients) have been in the blue pill shape. I am at an age where I appreciate the help they give and they work for me both at the time and actually for a sustained period of many hours afterwards.For some reason, this one didn’t work for me at all and I have tried on multiple occasions. Taking a note of the ingredients and the fact that this product is made in the UK gave me confidence to give it a go. I Googled each of the many ingredients and their benefits are broadly:• Improved athletic/physical performance• Improved mental performance (sharpness, memory and concentration)• Improved sexual performance• General health benefits.These seem to be achieved not least by:• improving blood flow (but interestingly not by increasing blood pressure)• boosting libido,• Increasing energy• Improving mood• Being an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.It must be said that these claims are not supported by clinical trial evidence, but more non-scientific subjective and anecdotal evidence. The claims are also prefixed with words such as; may, thought to be, could, considered and believed to be, etc. However much of this evidence has been gathered over many decades and centuries. However, results of clinical trials are effectively defined in a similar way with the use of statistics. It must also be said that everyone is different (different body chemistry and conditioning), so those ingredients will probably affect different people in different ways, so I can only comment on what I personally experienced.These results should be seen in the light of me not having had any problems in any of the above areas, however, there is always room for improvement. I have tried taking the capsules in varying ways, 1 per day an hour or so before needed, 1, 2 times per day and 2 at once. So far, I have not noticed any effects on sexual performance, however, I have noticed improvements in athletic performance, which seems to benefit endurance. I took one capsule an hour or two going to the gym. The resistance/weights part of my gym session was unaffected, however, I felt particularly good during the 40min cardio part of the session. Similarly, I swim for an hour, 3 times per week. When I take 1 capsule an hour or 2 before swimming, I swim much better particularly in the 2nd half of the session, feeling stronger and particularly ‘on it’. This is reflected in the number of lengths swum in the time.Unfortunately, I do not know of any way to measure mental performance or general health, however, during this period of testing these tablets I do feel pretty good.
