The little blue tube has an ingenious dispenser. You turn the tube with the cap in the down position and, leaving the cap ON, twist the cap one or two times. The pellets drop into the cap like a little cup. Remove the cap and pour the pellets directly into your mouth. This is to prevent you from touching the pellets, and it regulates how many you administer at one time.
