The outer fabric is very plush velvet, extremely soft and comfortable on the skin. The integral hand pump (see the little bump) makes inflation quick and easy and very subtle. The fact it is inflatable means you get get it to just the right firmness to suit you and adjust it while wearing it to hit maximum comfort. I will be using this while commuting as the fact it folds down into the dinky pouch makes it perfect for taking on the train - no more drooling on other people's shoulders! And, in case you are a mega drooler, the cover comes off for washing! This is darned near perfect!

This Inflatable pillow is made of a lovely and soft material and has a built-in pump that inflates it in no time. This travel pillow is insane!!!!It comes in a super soft mini bag which is uber cute, the bag has a drawstring too which is perfect for travelling. The pillow itself you inflate which is ideal to achieve perfect comfort depending on how hard or soft you want it. The pillow is so so soft. I’m so impressed with this. I absolutely love this neck pillow. It's so soft and really comfortable. I suffer with long term neck problems from a car accident and I've found this pillow really helpful when sitting and relaxing. It's fully supportive and very easy to inflate and deflate using the inbuilt pump. It comes in a handy little bag to store it in while not in use. I really would recommend this pillow for either travel, or just for relaxation, whilst also supporting your neck and improving your posture.

I have arthritis in my neck so find it difficult to turn it as much as it should. I have also used this on my last two trips in a van to and from the UK to where I have emigrated. This has meant very long journeys and this neck pillow offers everything you could want, including good head and neck support. It is also very easy to inflate and the tie means it does not move unlike similar products I have purchased in the past. Thank you for a very useful, good quality product. Well worth the money.

I tried this pillow on a couple of long haul flights recently and it was great, enough support for your neck and comfortable, it didn't make me too hot either. It is also nice and compact when in the bag and easy to inflate/deflate with the pump. It is much easier to use than a blow up version and it didn't deflate whilst in use. Very comfortable and soft, and I also used it on long road journeys, I would definitely recommend it.

This pillow is really comfy and the velour cover is super soft! The raised bits at the back make it really easy to get your head/neck in a comfortable position to stop neck strain while sleeping and the tie at the front stops the pillow from moving apart when you move around.It is easy to inflate but the reason I have given it a 4 star is because as a disabled person, I personally had problems inflating it as it caused pain in my hamds having to press the button quite a lot. My partner however had no problems and had it inflated in 2 mins. It is easy for anyone to deflate, just press and hold the valve button and it deflates fairly quickly.
