Excellent Sleep Support
I'm a 48 year old female with early stage perimenopause. And like most women at this stage, sleep and anxiety are two things I deal with constantly. I started taking this herbal about a week ago, twice a day, and am seeing noticeable results! My sleep is the best it's been in recent memory (when not taking a nighttime sleep aid, which I relied heavily upon). It's has not once made my stomach feel unsettled. As for the anxiety component, it's hard to say if there has been any impact there because I use other supplements to help support mood balance. But for the sleep quality improvement alone, this magnesium is working wonders for me!

Good Stuff

A good Magnesium Glycinate but...
I like that it's from USA and Non-gmo, also 3rd party tested but true transparency is when the product shows how levels if heavy metals are in your supplements! Most magnesium glycinate are souced from China with high levels of lead and cadium and other heavy metals. A good source will reveal from the 3rd party lab how much heavy metals are found in your vitamins and minerals/supplements... little to no amounts detected or high levels. There are only a few brands that will display complete findings.

BEST FORM OF MAGNESUIM
I am never out of this supplement. Ever wonder which magnesium is the best kind whenever you stand in the store looking at all the different kinds of magnesium? I used to do that. Now, however, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Mag Glycinate is the best kind for me! I take it at night before bed. I take 2 capsules with a bit of juice and sometimes a snack. It helps me sleep better and especially helps with my bowels the next day! It's been shown to manage blood sugar, which I sometimes deal with when I miss my magnesium. I love that it is vegan and the capsule is only vegetable source. The price is great too! It lasts me a long time at 150 capsules in the bottle with taking only 2 per day. It also helps me to relax at night and sometimes I take one during the day if I'm feeling stressed. I recommend this brand to everyone!
